Services Provided

BizStart Solutions LLC provides business startup support services, which include:
• LLC setup (state filing fees not included)
• EIN registration
• Professional 5-page website (Home, About, Services, Contact, Privacy Policy)
• Custom domain and email setupThe $500 fee is a service fee only for the preparation, organization, and setup of these services.⸻

Pricing & Payment

• The flat service fee is $500.
• This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances (see Section 6).
• State filing fees, domain registration costs, website builder monthly fees, and email hosting monthly fees are not included in the $500 fee.
• All clients must complete and sign a Credit Card Authorization Form before services begin, authorizing BizStart Solutions LLC to process third-party charges (see Section 3).⸻

Credit Card Authorization

• The Credit Card Authorization Form allows BizStart Solutions LLC to process charges for:
• State LLC filing fees (varies by state)
• Domain registration costs (varies by registrar and name availability)
• Website builder subscription costs (monthly)
• Business email hosting costs (monthly)
• Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment details for these charges.⸻

Domain Registration Policy

• Domain name costs vary depending on the registrar and availability.
• If a chosen domain exceeds $100.00, BizStart Solutions LLC will contact the customer before proceeding.
• If the requested LLC name or domain is unavailable, BizStart Solutions LLC will provide three verified alternative options for the customer to choose from.⸻

Ongoing Customer Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying all ongoing costs directly or through the card on file, including but not limited to:
• State LLC filing fees
• Domain renewal fees
• Website builder subscription fees
• Business email hosting fees
• BizStart Solutions LLC is not responsible for future renewals or ongoing maintenance of third-party services.⸻

Refund Policy

• All sales are final. There are no refunds.
• The $500 service fee is non-refundable under any circumstance, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Delays caused by state agencies, registrars, or third-party platforms
• Dissatisfaction with LLC name, domain options, or email address availability
• All third-party costs (state, domain, hosting, email) are also non-refundable.⸻

Turnaround Time

• Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days once all required information and forms have been received.
• Delays may occur if information is incomplete, inaccurate, or if third-party processing takes longer than expected.⸻

Client Responsibilities

By purchasing our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information for LLC and EIN registration.
• Respond promptly to communications and requests for approval.
• Maintain compliance with all legal and tax obligations after setup is complete.⸻

Intellectual Property

• All website content created by BizStart Solutions LLC is transferred to the customer upon completion and payment.
• Customers are responsible for managing their domain, hosting, and email accounts after initial setup.⸻

Limitation of Liability

• BizStart Solutions LLC is not responsible for the legal compliance of your business beyond the preparation and setup of services.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, delays, or third-party service issues.⸻

Changes to Terms

BizStart Solutions LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.⸻
