This Refund & Payment Policy outlines the terms of payment for services provided by BizStart Solutions LLC. By purchasing our services, you agree to the following:⸻

Service Fee

• The flat $500 fee is a service fee only.
• This fee covers BizStart Solutions LLC’s time and labor in preparing your LLC, EIN, website, and domain/email setup.
• This fee does not include state filing fees, domain registration, or third-party subscription costs.⸻

Credit Card Authorization Form

• All clients must complete and sign a Credit Card Authorization Form before services begin.
• This form authorizes BizStart Solutions LLC to process third-party charges on your behalf, including:
• State LLC filing fees
• Domain registration costs
• Website builder monthly fees
• Email hosting monthly fees⸻

Domain Name Registration

• Domain name costs vary depending on availability and registrar pricing.
• If the chosen domain exceeds $100.00, we will contact you before proceeding.
• If your exact LLC name or preferred domain is unavailable, we will provide three alternative options that are pre-verified for availability.⸻

Ongoing Costs (Customer Responsibility)

• Monthly costs for the website builder platform and business email hosting are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed to the card on file via the authorization form.
• BizStart Solutions LLC does not control third-party pricing and will disclose costs at the time of setup.⸻

State Filing Fees

• State filing fees for LLC registration are the responsibility of the customer and are billed directly to the card on file.
• Fees vary by state and are not included in the $500 service fee.⸻

No Refund Policy

• All sales are final.
• The $500 service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Dissatisfaction with chosen LLC name, domain, or email address
• Delays outside of BizStart Solutions LLC’s control (e.g., state processing times, registrar issues)
• All third-party fees (state, domain, hosting, email) are non-refundable.⸻

Agreement

By engaging BizStart Solutions LLC and submitting your payment and credit card authorization form, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You understand the $500 fee is for services only.
• You are responsible for all additional third-party costs.
